Our MD Vince Sears has worked in the UK travel sector since the 90's and has been a director of the Institute of Travel & Tourism, Marketing Director of Midland Mainline Trains, Head of European Sales at P&O Ferries and General Manager UK at Rentrak.
Field Marketing Solutions Ltd started in 2005 with its initial clients P&O Ferries, Hoseasons, Disneyland Paris and Thomas Cook.
Since 2005, FMS has operated hundreds of field sales campaigns to thousands of UK high street travel agents, maintaining a presence for UK travel companies.
FMS is based in Havant and Petersfield, Hampshire and provides creative field marketing, sales support, research and event management for some of the most recognised consumer brands.
Louise Sears, director, was head of travel and partner at Pennington's Law. Louise was partner at Gordons, starting her career at Eversheds in Leeds and joined FMS in 2007.
The administration, support and field teams are highly motivated professionals, many of whom have held senior sales positions in travel & tourism and are dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of service.

Goodwood: Our first corporate day was at the Goodwood Revival. FMS has operated a variety of corporate days at Goodwood ever since. This exciting festival runs over four days every September.
Henley Regatta: Our first Henley Regatta event was in 2006. Since then FMS has provided small bespoke events at Henley every year, for large and small groups of clients.
Cowes and Yarmouth: FMS has offered a range of activities on The Isle of Wight, with opportunities for clients to host their top suppliers with various exciting experiences.
